HOT FOOD and HEALTH SCREENINGS

For those who can't obtain a hot meal or primary care, the Plus Bus will be available on November 17, 2021 from 4:30-8:30 pm at the intersection of Bridge St and Granada in Downtown St. Augustine. We will have multiple staff on site available to help you solve medical issues that you may not have access to care for.
