Join PT Heather Leshane at the Flagler Health + Wellness Center for a Better Balance Class accompanied by Advanced Nurse Mayelin Gomez from Care Connect. This six week course will teach you appropriate methods for bending, standing, getting up, and sitting down while limited risk of injury.
