HOT MEALS and HEALTH SCREENINGS

Come find the Plus Bus at the intersection of Bridge Street and Granada downtown if you're in the need of a hot meal and need to talk to someone about your personal health. We'll be seeing patients from 5:30-8:30 pm. Those without housing or insurance are encouraged to attend.
