Details: Join us for our annual Free Mammo Day at the Flagler Health+ Imaging Center, located at 101 Health Park BLVD, Saint Augustine, FL. Members from our Care Connect + program will be present to assist you with a multitude of services including blood pressure monitoring and resource navigation. Walk-ins are accepted.
